Vineyards

Located at 1490meters over the sea level in the Cafayate Valley, our vineyards date back to 1975 and 2001in the wine arbor system and low espalier, the kind of irrigation in an area is done a 10% by furrow and a 90% by dripping.

The cultivation is organic because our vineyards are not treated with any kina of chemicals like herbicides and/or fungicides.

We have three varieties in our vineyards: Torrontés, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

One of the features which influences our plants, is the little quantity in milimeters of rain in the area. In 2006 we had only a light drizzle one afternoon.
