Wine Cellar

Peña Veyrat Durbex Wine Cellars, also located in the same Farm, 1490 meters over the sea level, start the activities in 2004 manufacturing with our own grapes our first MALBEC CABERNET.

Equipped with the ultimate technology, six VELO stainless steel tanks of 10.000 liters each, with FRIMONT equipment to control temperature, Bucher Vaslin Destemmer E1, Bucher Vaslin Crusher F1, Bucher Vaslin Vertical Press JLB5, FAST fractionation line for 600 bottles per hour.

Due to its building, the wine cellar makes the movement of Wines easier during the manufacturing process and above all to send them to the Barrel Room. It is done by a traditional system of transference for gravity because this room is located in a basement just under the wine cellar.
